Our Commitment At Eddy's Place we want every guest to have an enjoyable and memorable experience at Lake Rathbun. We understand that plans sometimes change and we have outlined our refund policy below for each of our rental categories.
Vacation Rental Duplex — Booked Through VRBO Refunds for our Lake Rathbun Duplex booked through VRBO are handled directly by VRBO according to their refund policy at the time of booking. Please refer to your VRBO booking confirmation for full details.

Campsites — Full refund if cancelled 7 or more days before check-in — No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in — Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method
Camper Rentals — Full refund if cancelled 7 or more days before check-in — No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in — Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method
Storage Units — Annual storage lease payments are non-refundable once the lease has been signed — No refunds will be issued for early termination of an annual storage lease — If Eddy's Place is unable to provide the storage unit as agreed a full refund will be issued
Yearly Campsite Leases — Yearly campsite lease payments are non-refundable once the lease has been signed — No refunds will be issued for early termination of a yearly campsite lease — If Eddy's Place is unable to provide the campsite as agreed a full refund will be issued
No Show Policy — Guests who do not show up for their reservation without prior cancellation will not be eligible for a refund — Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to make your reservation
Early Departure — Guests who check out early will not be eligible for a refund for unused nights — In exceptional circumstances please contact us at eddyscampground@gmail.com and we will review on a case by case basis
Damaged or Unsatisfactory Accommodations — If your accommodation does not meet the standard described on our website please contact us immediately upon check-in — We will make every effort to resolve the issue during your stay — Refund requests made after checkout will be reviewed on a case by case basis
Emergency Refunds We understand that genuine emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to a medical emergency, family emergency or severe weather event please contact us directly at eddyscampground@gmail.com with supporting documentation and we will review your request with compassion and understanding.
How Refunds Are Processed — Refunds are processed back to your original payment method — PayPal, Venmo and Cash App refunds are typically processed within 1-3 business days — Credit and debit card refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear on your statement — If you have not received your refund within 10 business days please contact us at eddyscampground@gmail.com
